Today's the day!

We have woken to a beautiful sunny day, and everything is in place for the Lines of Flight festival. Here are some last minute extra pieces of information for festival goers:

- Tonight the gig is on the mezzanine level of the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. Enter from the Octagon main entry doors. There will be a bar operating throughout the perfomances until the start of the final act. Stephen Kilroy's piece is sounding very exciting.

- There will be a bus from town going out to Chicks Hotel on the Friday and Saturday nights - 8pm instead of the usual Chicks bus 8.30pm time. they leave from town from Countdown supermarket on the Cumberland St one-way at 8pm, and then stop at the University Library at 8.05pm.

There are also the regular buses to and from Port Chalmers -

- Bring cushions for the anteroom show on the Saturday afternoon if you want - rather than sitting on the wooden floor.

- The Anteroom is the Masonic Lodge on Wickliffe St in Port Chalmers, just over the railway lines from the main street. There is an outside garden with a swing which is nice to play in for kids (and adults!), so it is possible to bring kids to this show.

- See you all soon!!
